Maltese taxpayers, as from today onwards, will be able to settle their income tax dues and Social Security contributions at any of MaltaPost’s 40 Post Offices around Gozo and Malta.
MaltaPost said that customers who wish to settle an Inland Revenue Department bill may call at any Post Office to effect payment.
It added that payments can be settled in either cash or by cheque. Accepted payments will include Income Tax, Final Settlement System Tax and Social Security Contributions as follows:
Provisional Tax
Social Security Contributions
Income Tax Dues
Tax Arrears
Part – Time Self-employed Income Tax
Part – Time Employment Income Tax
Final Settlement System (FSS) Income Tax
Payment of 15% Tax on Rental Income.
