Melita is supporting the fourteenth edition of L-Istrina through a contribution amounting to a significant €23,000 by way of gift packages for callers pledging cash donations. In addition to this Melita will also be waiving all charges in relation to fixed telephone pledge lines.
This year, callers donating money towards L-Istrina can win one of Melita’s fully-loaded service packages including television, internet and telephony for a free one year period. Callers can also win the latest 3G mobile handsets that come with a free Melita Mobile SIM connection and free golden number on Melita Mobile.
“We are giving away free 3G mobile handsets, Melita Mobile connections and golden numbers every 20 minutes. We are also giving away full service packages every hour. Christmas is all about giving back and this annual fundraising has become an excellent vehicle for corporate companies like Melita to channel our charitable contributions in an effective manner with better yield for people in need of assistance.
