A 35-year old motor cyclist was seriously injured in a traffic last night in Triq l-Imgarr, Xewkija, Gozo.
Police said the accident, which happened at about 7.30pm, was between a Hyundai Accent, driven by a 45-year-old man from Xewkija and the motorcyclist, also from Xewkija
The motorcyclist was taken to the Gozo General Hospital, where he was later certified as suffering from grievous injuries.
Police investigations are still ongoing.
