This Sunday is there is a chance to give blood during a session in Gozo, with the National Blood Transfusion saying that the need for donations never stops.
The Service said that with this in mind all Gozitans who are able, are asked to donate blood this Sunday, the 27th of October, at the District Health Centre in Xewkija, where they will be taking donations between 8:00am to 1:00pm (last registration until 1:00pm).
The Centre is located in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club.
The Service reminds everyone that it is important to always take your Identity Card, or Driving License or Maltese Passport and to drink plenty of water beforehand.
