An open-air opera is being held in Gharb Square this Friday evening. The production of F’Bahar ta’ Kwiekeb – an original masterpiece, is being presented by the Gharb Local Council.
The opera is based on local myths, folklore and legends, with music by Mro. Ray Sciberras and lyrics by Mr Sebastian Saliba.
‘F’Bahar ta’ Kwiekeb’ is on Friday, the 22nd of November, starting at 8.00pm, entrance is free of charge.
