The stories covered in this weeks issue are:
1. The traditional Lenten exhibition, held at the one of the halls of the Ministry of Gozo, was officially opened by Minister Giovanna Debono and blessed by the Gozo Bishop Mgr. Mario Grech.
The exhibition included a number of items in all media in connection with the religious traditions of the Holy Week.
2. Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary complex held an open day on Sunday, the 22nd of March. After each mass, the Sanctuary rector, Fr. Gerard Buhagiar, invited the congregation present to pay a visit to the Sanctuary museum.
The museum displays 20 recently restored paintings by Emvin Cremona. It contains also fabrics and objects used by Pope John Paul II when he paid a visit to the Sanctuary in 1990 and other objets d’art and documents of historical importance in connection with the Ta’ Pinu Sanctuary complex.
