Nilqghukom fostna Gharb Ghawdex – We welcome you among us in Gharb, Gozo – is the theme of an infjorata in Gharb Square, which has been created in coloured salt with the hope that it can remain on display throughout the summer.
Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri visited the display and explained that the title was chosen to reflect the new outlook following the Covid-19 pandemic, encouraging everyone to remain positive in the coming months.
Gharb Mayor David Apap Agius thanked the Minister for Gozo for the continued support and financial assistance, thereby ensuring that this year’s infjorata could take place.
The infjorata was created by Grupp Infjoraturi Gharb, which forms part of the Grupp EspressjonArti Gharb Malta, and the design was by Michael Bajada.
