Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri, together with Parliamentary Secretary for Equality and Reforms Rosianne Cutajar visited the Gozo College Sannat Primary and Special Unit, where they had the opportunity to visit a session of the Hand-in-Hand programme.
Minister Camilleri expressed his appreciation for the dedication of all workers in order that children with autism are provided with the best therapy to assist them in their development of essential skills.
“I believe that every child in Gozo should have the same opportunities to progress forward,” he said. “The Government is, and will continue to do its part.”
Parliamentary Secretary Rosianne Cutajar remarked that, “one can easily observe the progress that these children with autism have made in a few weeks thanks to the dedication of their educators and specialised teaching.”
“This is the equality and social justice that I believe in: opportunities for every child to move forward,” she added.
