The Ministry for Health has advised that two elderly men have died while being positive with Covid-19, this brings the number of lives lost to the virus to 113.
The Ministry said that a 98-year old man, who tested positive for Covid-19 on the 14th of November, passed away earlier today at Mater Dei Hospital.
The second was a 67-year old man who was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on the 29th of October and also passed away earlier today at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Ministry of Health, said that while offering its condolences to the relatives of the families, called on the public to continue to follow the preventive measures; wearing of masks, social distancing and hand hygiene.
