Minister for Education Justyne Caruana recently attended the University of Malta Gozo Campus, where a new academic year has started on Lifelong Learning Courses for the -University of the Third Age Gozo.
The Minister said, “we must offer every possible opportunity for our people to continue, not only to learn and improve their skills, but also for the quality of life of our people in general. I emphasise that it is never too late to learn.”
Minister Caruana also reminded that a policy document for Lifelong Learning was launched earlier this year.
“The opportunities are there, for anyone who wants to continue their studies, regardless of skills and age. I had the great pleasure of meeting these mature students who are continuing to spread their knowledge through these courses,” explained Minister Justyne Caruana.
