Covid-19 cases are still on the increase with 50 new cases found overnight, and 10 recoveries. The authorities said the number of Covid patients currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital is 16, including 3 in ITU.
There have been 462 deaths since the start of the pandemic. The number of active cases in Malta and Gozo is now back over 500 at 513.
Health Authorities said that the number of vaccines administered up until yesterday is 901,238 of which 70,036 are booster doses.
