A reminder that this year the Cittadella in Victoria, has once again been selected for the competition from 300 projects to participate in the RegioStars Awards.

The Regiostars Awards is a prestigious competition, organised by the European Union, with the aim of showing the best projects carried out in several member countries and showing them as best practices examples.

Unlike in previous years, this year it chose 15 projects, one for each year that it has been organising this competition. For Gozo, it is the Rehabilitation and Restoration of the Cittadella.

Back in 2018 the Cittadella was chosen for this competition and ranked third in the public vote with over 30,000 votes.
