Can anyone please help me with any information about the four guys from Gozo featured in the above photo which was taken in either May or June 1975.

My friend and I are on the left. We were 19 at the time and travelling back to Europe from Sydney, Australia on the MV Marconi. We had been on a gap year before going to university.

These guys got off the boat in Valletta but they came from Gozo. We shared a cabin with them and got to know them quite well. They had lived in Australia for some time and one of them at least had served in Vietnam. They were returning to live in Malta.

My friend and I got off at Genoa and then got a train back to England.

I sometimes wonder what happened to them.
