An amendment to the Development Notification Orders (2016) is being proposed by the Planning Authority specifically regarding the request for authorisation for the Temporary Use of Land for caravans and camps by various government entities such as a Local Council, or any other public entity.

This proposed amendment falls within Class 10. Additionally, the Authority said that it is proposing an amendment to Class 15 which will involve the inclusion of mobile installations for beach management facilities by a Government entity, a Local Council, any other public entity appointed by them, or a registered institution knowledgeable in civil protection.
