The Parish Sanctuary of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour and St Gregory the Great in Kercem, had a new lighting system inaugurated on Friday to mark the village feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour.

The new system now illuminates the dome and facade of the Parish Sanctuary.

The inauguration was carried out by Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri, who said that this is “another initiative from the EcoGozo Directorate with the aim of continuing to expose the rich heritage of our island, both religious and architectural.”
