“With us, the service charge is no longer applicable. As from 20th September 2009 every time you top up, you get the full value of your top up,” says Michael Darmanin, Head of Marketing.
Vodafone Malta has removed its service charge from all its mobile prepaid top up cards available through Vodafone’s retail outlets, online services and bank services. Prepaid customers get the full value of their top up cards every time they top up.
This means that a customer purchasing a €5 top up card gets the full €5 worth of credit, €10 top up gets the full €10 etc. Customers now have more credit in their prepaid account giving them the possibility to make more calls and send more SMSs & MMSs.
During the past months, Vodafone Malta has offered clients various initiatives to strengthen its mission of giving customers the best possible value. These include the reduction of its voice, SMS and data rates for roaming in EU countries and Malta’s first ever to offer mobile Internet on prepaid.
More information is available on www.vodafone.com.mt Alternatively customers may call 247 from their Vodafone or 9999 9247 from any other line.
