HSBC Malta has advised that due of routine system maintenance, HSBC debit cards may not be used on its ATMs from 00:00am to 6:00am, on Monday, the 29th of January.

Additionally, the Bank said that no purchases can be made. However customers will be able to use HSBC credit cards for withdrawals from its ATMs and also from ATMs at other banks (charges may apply) and to effect purchases from outlets, including online stores.

“This is a required maintenance to make sure we provide you with the best possible service,” the Bank said.

HSBC Malta apologised for any inconvenience caused.
