Don’t forget that stray cat feeders only have until the end of this month, to register and be part of the new ‘Cat Feeders Scheme.’

This scheme, which was first announced in May, has been created with the aim of relieving some of the financial burdens which cat feeders currently carry to feed stray cats.

An allocation of €350,000 will be distributed in the form of vouchers to registered cat feeders. These may be exchanged for dry cat food from a list of approved suppliers.

To register for this scheme, interested individuals in Gozo and Malta must register themselves at their Local Council by the end of July.
