An evening of – Traditions: Wine, Olive Oil and Honey – will be taking place next month in the pretty village of Ghasri, Gozo, in a special event aimed at all the family.

The festival will offer visitors the opportunity to partake in succulent dishes and treats, including wine and honey tasting activities and olive oil delicacies such as sweets and olive oil ice cream, as well as the very popular traditional sweet honey pastries.

Demonstrations will take place on the production of wine and olive oil, beehive and honey wax displays, antique tools exhibition and a children’s area.

Entertainment during the evening will be provided by Jolene Samhan and Band, Cash & Band, Airport Impressions and DJ Ryan.

Pjazza s-Salvatur in Ghasri, Gozo, is the setting for this event on Saturday, the 20th of September, from 7.00pm onwards, don’t miss it!

This popular evening is organised by the Ghasri Local Council in collaboration with the Cultural Heritage Directorate within the Ministry for Gozo and Planning.
