Melita Mobile is celebrating its first year of operations by offering unprecedented all-time, super-low tariff plans for its clients. Pay Monthly mobile subscribers can now subscribe to Melita’s new Unlimited Pay Monthly Plans – M, L and XL. Just as their name implies, Melita’s new Unlimited Plans offer subscribers unlimited calls to all Melita Mobile and Melita fixed-line numbers, unlimited calls to a selection of other numbers that the subscriber chooses, plus a generous number of free minutes to other networks.

These new tariff plans will replace the previous post-paid mobile tariffs however existing customers are free to remain on their existing plans or migrate to the new tariffs.

These new post-paid tariffs come hot on the heels of another successful pre-paid tariff launch – the Melita Prepaid Value Plan – which caters for all the monthly mobile communication needs of pre-paid mobile subscribers for just €10 a month.

Following a highly successful first year of operation, Melita Mobile is set to continue driving change in Malta’s mobile market with the introduction of these new super low tariff plans. In yet another first for Malta, Melita Mobile is in fact the first mobile operator to give its subscribers the opportunity to make unlimited calls every month. This is not a temporary offer but a permanent in-built benefit of these new tariffs.

To cater for different needs and budgets, Melita Mobile is offering a choice of 3 tariff plans. Unlimited M, which is the entry level plan, costs only €12 a month, making it the most accessible pay monthly plan on the local market. Besides offering unlimited calls every month to all Melita networks, the tariff also includes unlimited calls to another 2 numbers of the users choice. It also includes 30 minutes of talktime towards all other local numbers and 30 SMS towards all local networks.

Subscribers can also opt for Unlimited L, which at €15 a month includes the unlimited calls to all Melita networks as well as unlimited calls to 3 numbers on any other network, 60 minutes of talktime when calling all other numbers and 60 SMS valid on all networks.

Unlimited XL, which is the highest tier, costs only €25 a month and includes unlimited calls to 5 numbers on any other network, 120 minutes to all other numbers and 120 SMS valid on all networks. In addition to this, Unlimited XL also includes 1GB of mobile internet, giving subscribers access to email and to their favourite websites while on the move.

All those who subscribe to one of these new tariffs can also get a free 3G mobile phone. The tariffs also come with 2 optional add-on packages – €5 a month for unlimited SMS to any number and €23 a month for 7GB of mobile internet.
