Gozo’s housing market activity slows on final deeds of sale

Gozo’s housing market activity slowed down in February while the island once again registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale from the regions at 118, this figure was down on the previous month and last year.
National Statistics Office data released today revealed that 118 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during February. This figure was down by 12 on January, and by 28 on January last year. The highest number were in Ghajnsielem at 19.
Promise of sale agreements in Gozo was also the second the lowest of the regions, registering 137, this was up by 33 agreements on January and by 30 on February last year. The highest number were in Victoria and Xaghra, both registering 18.
