The housing market activity in Gozo showed improvement in August, with final deeds of sale for the region recorded at 194, this figure was up on the previous month, and last year.

Latest National Statistics Office data revealed that 194 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during August. This figure was up by 41 on July, and by 43 on last year. The highest number was in Sannat registering 31.

Gozo also registered 159 promise of sale agreements, this figure was up by 35 agreements on July and by 19 on August 2025. The highest number were in Zebbug, which also includes Marsalforn, at 22.
