In the second quarter of this year, the Residential Property Price Index stood at 105.94, an annual rise of 6.9% when compared to the corresponding quarter of 2025, the National Statistics Office said today.

It noted that the Apartments Price Index and the Maisonettes Price Index stood at 106.31 and 103.81 registering annual increases of 7.4% and 4.3% respectively.

The RPPI registered a quarterly increase of 1.6% compared to the first quarter of this year, the NSO said.
