On Thursday, at Ta’ Pinu Hall, Gharb, as part of the programme of Special Festivities commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the Coronation of the Titular Painting of the Assumption of Our Lady and the 127th Anniversary of the Calling of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Carmela Grima and Frangisk Portelli, the Minister for Gozo, Giovanna Debono,was presented with the book A Temple to Our Lady – Ta’ Pinu Basilica.

This publication, produced through the initiative of the Director of the Ta’ Pinu Shrine, was written by Fr. Charles Cini (S.D.B.), with photographs by Gozitan photographer Daniel Cilia.

Frederick Azzopardi, Parliamentary Assistant within the Ministry for Gozo and Mr Anton Tabone also attended for the occasion.
