A 23-year old man from Nadur, has been taken to hospital after being discovered with serious unxplained injuries.

The Gozo police said that the young man was taken to Gozo General Hospital early this afternoon, after he was discovered by a relative who had called at his home. However, due to the severity of his injuries he was later transferred to the Mater Dei Hospital in Malta.

An enquiry is underway and is being led by duty Magistrate, Paul Coppini.
