Large Piggy Banks from the BOV L-Istrina Piggy Bank Campaign are visiting popular areas around the island to give the opportunity to the public to participate in what is Malta’s largest fund-raising initiative.

The BOV l-Istrina Piggy Bank Campaign, now in its seventh year, has always concentrated on schools and school children to donate money towards L-Istrina. This year, large piggy Banks have been placed at Main Street in Paola, The Point in Sliema, the Malta International Airport, the President’s Palace in Valletta and BOV Centre in Sta Venera where visitors to these popular areas can give a small donation that will ultimately add up to the global figure collected by Istrina.
