The Victory Philharmonic Society of Xaghra Gozo announces that it will be holding the annual general meeting for the year 2011 next Sunday, the 6th of February at 9.00am, at the ‘Dun Alwig Camilleri’ Hall in the Victory Band Club.

The agenda is as follows:

Reading of the last annual general meeting’s minutes;

Reading and discussion of the annual administrative report by Secretary Joseph Bajada;

Reading and discussion of the annual financial report by treasurer Noel Grima;

Vote on amendments to the Society’s statute; and Election of the committee for the year 2011.

The meeting will be open to the general public but only local bandsmen, members of the Nativitas Choir and regular members of the Society will be entitled to vote.

Everyone is invited to attend the meeting.
