Gozo will again be represented at the Malta Inernational Trade Fair 2011.
In collaboration with the Ministry for Gozo, a number of Gozitan firms are displaying their products on the stand, which also aims to advertise Gozo as a holiday destination to the domestic market. Gozo is being promoted as offering potential in the field of trade, services and tourist attractions.
On the first night of the Trade Fair, the Gozo stand entertained everyone with the popular ‘Tramp’ tribute band. Other activities that are planned over the next few days include the participation of students from the Institute of Tourism Studies in Qala, as well as students from the Wistin Camilleri Gozo Centre for Arts and Crafts in Ghajnsielem.
The Trade Fair, being held at Ta’ Qali, is open Monday to Thursday 6:30pm to 11pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:30pm to 11:30pm. The last day of the Fair is next Sunday, the 3rd of July.
