In a statement issued by Arriva this morning, the company spokesperson said, “We have more buses on the road today than yesterday so we are pleased that the situation is improving. However we are still finding difficulties in some areas with unacceptable gaps and we are supplementing service on main corridors.”

“Sincere apologies to those passengers affected, and thank you for your patience. The company would also like to thank our drivers, who are doing their best under difficult circumstances.”
