The Minister for Gozo, Giovanna Debono, visited members of the Gozo University Group (GUG) on the stand set up at the University Campus for Freshers’ Week.

The Minister praised the initiatives taken up by the group in organising activities and offering services to Gozitan students attending courses at the University of Malta (UOM). The Minister went on to say that she “urged the committee members to continue in their endeavours, whilst confirming the Ministry for Gozo’s continuous support and assistance to Gozitan students in Malta.”

Apart from information related to the activities of the GUG amongst university students, the stand is also promoting eco-Gozo.
