GO said that it is pleased to announce that its prepaid mobile online top-up systems are back to normal following round-the-clock work by various teams within the company.

Other systems affected by this fault are also functioning, the company said.

“Although our customers were able to use recharge vouchers, we are fully aware that this was not as convenient as online and SMS top-ups, and we can only apologise for the inconvenience and assure you all that everything was done to solve the problem as soon as possible,” GO spokesman Vanessa Macdonald said.
