The Gozo SPCA Rehoming Centre in Victoria are hoping to find loving homes for Pawla and one of her puppies, a female called Pandora.
Pawla was found, heavily pregnant in Xewkija and gave birth to her puppies on World Animal Day in the Centre.
The puppies now 6 weeks old. Pawla is a wonderful mother and has reared 3 huge healthy puppies. She is really friendly with everyone. She is under 2 years old and is a medium sized mixed breed dog. When she has reared her puppies she will be spayed and micro chipped, ready to be rehomed.
Pandora is Pawla’s only female puppy and the only one not already booked for her new home. She is a lovely big healthy puppy and will make a great pet, after being given a wonderful start by her mother. The Gozo SPCA spokesperson said that they think she will be quite big when fully grown.
If there is anybody who thinks that they can help with homes for Pawla and Pandora, or any of the other animals at the Gozo SPCA centre, then please email info@spca-gozo.org. You can also contact them on 21553769 and 99475199 or visit their website at: http://www.spca-gozo.org/.
A gallery is available which features many of the animals that are currently in need of new homes, which may be viewed by clicking this link. All can either be re-homed straight away, or can be booked for the future if there is a delay for any reason.
Our previously published items on Gozo SPCA animals who are waiting for adoption can also be viewed in our Adopt a Pet section.
