Magro Brothers has said that “hundreds of participants have already submitted their details in only the first two weeks of the re-launch of the Three Hills Clocks promotion, which is giving customers the chance to once again win 4 beautiful hand-crafted clocks, l-Arlogg tal-Lira.”

The clocks, better known as “l-Arlogg tal-Lira” are hand-crafted by dedicated craftsmen and are still made using age-old traditions handed down from generation to generation.

The clocks are made of wood which is plastered with over 20 layers of chalk and then hand-painted and gilded in 24 carat gold leaf. The face of the clock also captures the classic characteristics of this 400 year old tradition with hand painted roman numerals and a unique landscape portraying the beauty of Gozo. Each clock takes over 3 months of intense and passionate labour – a real gem of the past heritage of the islands.

To participate all anybody needs to do is to send any 2 Three Hills Kunserva lids (glass / cans) or tubes by post to ‘Magro Brothers (Foods) Ltd., The Magro Food Village, Xewkija, Gozo XWK 3000. Do not forget to include your name, address and telephone/mobile number.

The first draw will take place at the end of February 2012.The winner will have to answer a simple question to claim their prize.
