Michael Briguglio, Alternattiva Demokratika – The Green Party Chairperson, said, “the news that the Earth Garden festival will be dropped because of lack of sponsorships is disappointing. This festival enabled Maltese talent to perform in an excellent setting at Ta’ Qali.”

He concluded, “Alternattiva Demokratika – The Green Party demands an explanation from the respective authorities as to who took this decision, and for what reason. AD also demands explanation as to which cultural events are being sponsored by the Government this year, and which have been denied government funds.”
