Din l-Art Helwa celebrates with a choral concert called Halleluiah at Our Lady of Victory Church Valletta, in thanksgiving for the conservation achievements of the current year. For this special occasion, the much acclaimed Enkor choir will be giving a performance at 7 pm on Friday, the 28th of December.

In the ancient surroundings of Valletta’s oldest church, the choir, under the direction of Johanna Van Lent Singles, will perform new special arrangements of traditional carols, EnKor’s ever successful swinging gospels as well as centuries old hyms and lullabies. These comprise Vivaldi’s ‘Gloria,’ ‘Gaudete,’ from the year 1420, ‘What Child is this?’ an Irish carol that goes back to the 16th century and Georg Friedrich Händel’s Halleluiah.

Seats may be reserved against a donation of €10. Patrons are invited to stay on for warm mulled wine. For details contact: Din l-Art Helwa, 133 Melita Street Valletta VLT 1123 Malta – Tel: 21225952 Tel/Fax: 21220358 Email: info@dinlarthelwa.org or on the website.
