The Gozo Ministry’s Hall was yet again the venue for a concert in the Gaulitana: A Festival of Music, which was held on Thursday and featured Italian pianist Nazareno Ferrugio.

Due to a power cut during the performance which plunged the whole of Gozo into darkness, the concert was very appropriately started in candlelight.

Nazareno Ferrugio opted for a varied virtuosic repertoire ranging from D. Scarlatti to Liszt, Chopin, Debussy and Berio and demonstrated great technical prowess.
