Gozo choir, Chorus Urbanus, is to give a concert at the Russian Chapel in San Anton Palace this coming Tuesday, the 15th of October, following an invitation by H.E Dr George Abela, President of Malta,

The choir, had originally been due to perform there in September, has given a number of concerts in honour of Dr Abela’s predecessors, some of them at San Anton Palace, at Verdala Palace and at the President’s Palace in Valletta.

This concert will be the second one that is being performed by the choir in honour of H.E. Dr George Abela, the end of his tenure of the presidential office.

The concert is being held in the recently refurbished Russian Chapel. The choir will be interpreting a number of Russian works from its repertoire, some religious and others of a more traditional stamp.
