On the 23rd of July Louis Debattista is going to take up another cycle challenge for charity. He will have barely completed the 1000Km Alive Cycle Challenge, and his next one will be even further – 1,420Km from Luton, England. Louis will cycle through Sweden and Germany and then on to his destination of Lake Como in Italy, where he is due to arrive on the 5th of August.

Louis said that there will be no back-up car or any support, just a back pack and one other person with him.

“Please help me God. I want to dedicate this challenge to a good cause as well, to the Gozo CCU Foundation.”

“2 months ago I was admitted to the CCU at the Gozo General Hospital for 4 days.” Louis said, the Foundation has made tremendous improvements within the unit, they are doing an amazing job.”

Their next project is to raise funds to purchase 2 ventilators for the CCU ward to add to the 2 that have already been donated by the Foundation.
