This week saw the opening of a new fine art photographic exhibition by acclaimed Swedish photographer and author Lykke Stjernswärd entitled ‘Gozo, Island of Joy.’

The exhibition, accompanies the launch of her new book, a travelogue of her recent adventure to Gozo in September 2014 and is beautifully illustrated by the photographs in the exhibition and other images.

Lykke, who lives and works in Switzerland, is a commercial and lifestyle photographer working with many well known companies (Christies, Nestlé, Vogue to name but a few).

Several times published, Lykke’s books and images can now be seen for a few short weeks at The Gallery, Pjazza San Guzepp, Qala and also online at www.maltaartonline.com.

This is a unique opportunity for the art lovers and photographers of Gozo to see and appreciate the fine art of of a hugely successful, international photographer first hand.

The exhibition continues until the 22nd of November.
