A 40″ screen and a Real Time information panel (RTI) have been installed at the Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal for the convenience of commuters. This was carried out on an initiative of the Ministry for Gozo,
The screen shows live streaming of the Bus Terminus at Cirkewwa. Gozo channel Personnel provided the power outlet and installed the screen. The RTI unit provides scrolling information about departure and arrival times of buses.
The unit works using a GSM connection. Malta Public Transport, has provided the RTI panel free of charge and will be maintaining the unit.
I welcome this, it is great service to all passengers off to Malta using transits from the Cirkewwa Terminal. Well done to the Ministry for Gozo, The Gozo Channel and the Malta Transport Service.
