Workshop held on Early Assessment & Intervention for Babies & Young Children

A two-day workshop on the ‘Early Assessment and Intervention for Babies and Young Children,’ has just taken place, organised by the Paediatric Occupational Therapy Department, CDAU, in collaboration with the Occupational Therapy Department – Physical Section, of the Gozo General Hospital.
Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, midwives, early intervention teachers, paediatricians, and other professionals working with babies (including preterms) and infants attended this workshop.
This training was held at the Dolmen Resort Hotel, and it was delivered by Ms Betty Hutchon. Ms Hutchon is the Head of Paediatric Occupational Therapy for Royal Free Hospital, London. She is also a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Therapist for University College London Hospital and an Honorary Lecturer at the Institute of Child Health in University College London.
