Pupils in Year 6 at the Gozo College Victoria Primary School, recently spent 5-days in Monreale Sicily as part of a student exchange with the Pietro Novelli Primary School.

The children had the opportunity to take part in activities such as nature walks, trekking, swimming,games and dancing. They also visited Palermo and Gole Alcantara.

The group were accompanied by school head Lelio Spiteri and teachers Francelle Sciberras and Marilyn Farrugia.

The visit was supported by the Student Services Department's Projects and Initiatives Section.
