The Gozo Tourism Association is organising the ‘Gozo Tourism Awards 2016’for the 9th consecutive year. There is still time to put nominations forward and this year awards are being bestowed to the following:

1. Tourism Worker of the Year Award 2016

2. Young Tourism Worker of the Year Award 2016 (under the age of 30 last birthday)

3. Entrepreneurship Award 2016

These awards will serve as recognition towards the services being given by all the workers and entrepreneurs in this vital industry on Gozo.

Nomination forms, together with the conditions and regulations can be obtained from the Gozo Tourism Association offices in Victoria, or by email on gtagozo@onvol.net.

The nomination form duly filled, should reach the Gozo Tourism Association offices by not later than noon on Saturday, the 31st December 2016.

All valid nominations will be adjudicated by an independent panel, formed by a chairperson together with two other members. The decision of the adjudicating panel is final and irrevocable.

This award will be conferred to the selected persons during a special event which will be held on Thursday 12th of January 2017, at a venue to be announced.

The Gozo Tourism Association sincerely urges everyone to nominate any worker / workers and entrepreneurs who in their opinion qualify for these awards.
