Tomorrow, Mons. Joseph Sultana is to be installed as Archpriest of the Cathedral of the Assumption in Victoria, by the Bishop of Gozo Mgr Mario Grech.

Mgr Sultana is from the Parish of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, Xaghra, and has been serving as Archpriest of the Parish of the Visitation, Gharb.

At 8.00am, Mgr Sultana will arrive at Xaghra Basilica, from where he will travel to the Leone Band Club in Victoria for 8.30am, where he will be welcomed by members of the Leone Philharmonic Society Committee.

At 9.00am a cortege with the Leone Band and Victory Band of Xaghra, together with the Victoria Scout Group, accompanies the new Archpriest from Republic Street to Cathedral Square and then into the Cathedral, where a concelebrated Mass and ceremony will start at 10.00am.
