Air Malta has said that due to the fast changing passenger needs and fast developing on- line environment, it has made changes to the opening hours of the Contact Centre.

With immediate effect the airline’s call centre will be open between 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

In the case where customers have questions outside these hours, customers can book their flights through www.airmalta.com or fill a form available from the contact us page on the website in case of any other query.

The airline said that in the event that customers need to urgently book flights at the time the contact centre is closed, they are kindly requested to contact the sales office at Malta International Airport on +356 22999620.

Customers can also book their tickets through their preferred travel agents. Air Malta’s contact centre number remains unchanged. The contact numbers of all the centres in other countries are available at www.airmalta.com/information/about/contact-us/international-call-centre
