A 75-year-old woman from Victoria, Gozo suffered grievous injuries after becoming caught between her car and another parked vehicle, in Triq l-Arcisqof Pietru Pace, Victoria, Gozo.

Police said that the incident happened at around 9.15am this morning, when the woman parked her Volkswagen Polo vehicle, when for some reason the vehicle shifted and the woman became pinned between her car and a parked vehicle.

The woman was taken to the Gozo General Hospital.

Police investigations by Victoria Police Station are still underway.
