As from next Tuesday, six BOV branches, including the main branch in Victoria, Gozo, will be opening for longer hours in the afternoon on specific week days.

They will be open for business between 4.30pm and 7.00pm.

Gozo:

Wednesdays

Victoria (excluding 15th of August)

Malta:

Tuesdays

Zejtun

Thursdays

San Gwann

Fridays

Mosta, Siggiewi, and Zurrieq (excluding 21st of September)

BOV said that during the afternoon period cashiering service is not offered and customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment when visiting branches at this time, as priority will be given to customers having a pre-set appointment.

Customers may call at their branch to discuss a range of services during the afternoon hours, including bancassurance, stockbroking and collective investment schemes, as well as the full suite of personal lending products and home loans.

Other enquiries can be made about self-service banking solutions including credit and debit cards, as well as the BOV 24X7 Services package that includes Internet and Mobile Banking.
