Heritage Malta will be celebrating the Feast Day of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin, also known as Santa Marija, with free admission in Gozo to its museums and sites at the Citadel, as well as the Cittadella Visitors’ Centre.

On Wednesday, the 15th of August – A Public Holiday – visitors to Gozo will have the opportunity to view the Old Prison, Gran Castello Historic House, Gozo Nature Museum, Gozo Museum of Archaeology and the Cittadella Visitors’ Centre – free of charge.

Guided tours will also be available at the following times: Old Prison (in English) at 10am and the Gran Castello Historic House (in English) at 11am

Opening hours on the 15th of August will be 9.00am till 5.00pm (last admission at 4.30pm).
