Agenzija Sapport has just concluded a two-day programme of workshops in Gozo for parents of children and young adults with disability and professionals that work with these families.
The topics discussed were based on suggestions from parents of children with disability themselves. Professional staff and experts in the respective areas conducted the sessions.
Mr Joseph Cini, CEO, Agenzija Sapport gave the welcome address. There was also an explanation of services provided by Agenzija Sapport.
The Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana paid a visit to the event which was held at the Grand Hotel.
She congratulated Agenzija Sapport on the workshops initiative. Saying, “Let us build on previous successes to overcome challenges in the disability sector in Gozo. Looking forward for further initiatives.”
Agenzija Sapport thanked everyone that attended the workshops.
