Beginning the year 2009, and looking forward to the summer season and its numerous events, many people will surely be asking if the most popular music festival will be holding its 8th Edition.

Well, it’s all now been confirmed, on the 22nd of August 2009, the 8th Edition of the Gozo Music Festival will be presented here in Gozo.

Preserving its traditional format, that of having two different areas both headlined with international superstar artists, backed by the most influential local artists of the year. Year after year the festival’s reputation is growing and thus the coming line-up of artists is promising to be one of the leading musical events for this year.

The venue, the Gozitano Complex came as a surprise last year, but it was confirmed to be up to standard and is ready to hold this year’s event and its increasing number of followers.

For those who want a treat for the night a VIP area will be accessible plus restaurants, wine bar and liquor stand and also a parking area will be available close to the venue.
